Complete Relaxation

This is the first time I had actually ever meditated. Lucky for me, I had just worked out about an hour before so I needed some serious time to relax. At first I was not so sure about meditation and what it could actually do for you. Apart from my neighbor starting up his lawn mower literally the same minute I started to participate in this, I found it quite relaxing. I didn’t feel a complete and total change in my body, but I did notice that I felt a little more at ease. After completing this exercise I felt more relaxed, but I don’t know if meditation is something that I would continue to do on a daily basis. I think on my day off from working out, I will seriously consider doing some sort of meditation to help my body recover from the intense exercises I do.

  1. I like your idea of meditating on your day off from exercise. Myself, I am going to continue to try meditation to see if it will help with the tension in my neck, back and shoulders. i have a lot of problems with this. I am hoping that if I continue to meditate that it will start to help with this issue.
